Jon has been a truly fantastic person to work with. His pricing has been beyond reasonable since we began working with him, and his work is always superb. One thing that I have come to appreciate immensely in regards to working with him is his punctuality with his work - if he says it will be done in a day, then it will be done in a day. Moreover, there have been multiple instances where we have had issues with our website late at night and Jon has always been more than happy and willing to hop right on our site to get the issue resolved immediately, regardless of what time it is. He is very personable, very easy to work with, and is always happy to over suggestions for additional features to add to our website that we otherwise would have never thought of. We truly lucked out by finding Jon for the development work that we needed done, as we have had some negative experiences with developers in the past, and Jon, put simply, has exceeded all of our expectations and has proven to be a master of his craft. Will go out of his way to complete a task, and almost seems to set aside his own interests for the interests of the company he is working for. Not only that, but he is also one of the most creative, efficient, and timeliest programmers/developers we have worked with. He is very knowledgeable with google analytics, and he was able set up tracking for inpidual variants inside of the sample packs we sell, which I didn't think was possible to do. He found away around it for us and created a valuable resource that was very beneficial to us in the early days of our company. He also cut the page-load rates of our train-wreck of a website in half, which noticeably helped with our online conversions.
